About the Optician role: Opticians assist customers with frame selection, eyewear fitting, and vision insurance reimbursement. We specialize in educating patients about their eyewear needs as well as their insurance benefits. Development of strong patient relations is an important component of this role, and the ability to interact professionally with patients at all times is essential.
