Pine Vision Care | Multiple Locations

Pine Vision Care is looking for a confident, motivated Optical Sales Specialist who enjoys selling, educating patients, and closing eyewear and vision services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset who takes ownership of results and enjoys working directly with people.

This position requires working at both Pine Vision Care locations.

What You’ll Do

• Sell prescription eyewear, lenses, and upgrades by explaining value clearly
• Guide patients through frame and lens selection with confidence
• Discuss pricing comfortably and close sales
• Introduce patients to additional vision services when appropriate
• Support doctors by helping schedule follow-up services
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional optical area
• Deliver a consistent patient experience across both locations

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
• Outgoing, professional, and results-driven
• Able to work at multiple locations
• Optical experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
