We are looking for an experienced optician to join our team full time! This position has a base hourly pay with opportunity for commission based on sales. Our location is independently-owned and operated and is growing. We would love for a hardworking and reliable person to join our wonderful team as we serve the eyecare needs of those in and around Medina County.
As an employee of Pearle Vision of Medina, you will be mostly responsible for working with patients to help them select the best frame and recommend the best lenses for them based on their prescription and visual needs. You will be responsible for properly fitting glasses: selecting best frame fit, adjusting the frames to the patient, taking accurate measurements for lenses, and repairing glasses when necessary. You will place orders for frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Most importantly, as a member of our team you will help us create a positive experience for each customer and patient that walks in our door. Customer service is very important to us as we have served our community of patients with exceptional care for over 40 years.
Non Licensed opticians and apprentice opticians are welcome to apply as well if your experience is greater than one year in a optician role.
