Python (Beginner / Entry Level)
Role Description
Backend / Service Development
- Develop and maintain applications using Python
- Build and integrate REST APIs (e.g., using Flask/FastAPI/Django based on project stack)
- Implement business logic, validations, and error handling
- Work with JSON payloads and API integrations
Automation & Scripting
- Write automation scripts for routine tasks (data extraction, processing, monitoring, workflow automation)
- Improve efficiency through reusable utilities and modular code
Database & Data Handling
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL (and basics of NoSQL like MongoDB if needed)
- Write SQL queries, joins, and basic optimization
- Perform CRUD operations and handle structured/unstructured data
Quality, Debugging & Documentation
- Debug issues, fix defects, and improve application stability
- Write basic unit tests and follow coding standards
- Document code, APIs, and workflows
AI & Intelligent Application Development (Exposure Level)
- Use Python libraries for AI / ML fundamentals (e.g., NumPy, Pandas awareness level)
- Understand how AI/ML models are integrated into applications
- Work with AIassisted coding and data analysis tools
- Apply AI concepts to enhance application functionality and automation
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Collaborate with UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and continuous learning sessions

Python Fundamentals

- Basic data structures (lists, tuples, sets, dictionaries)
Database Fundamentals
- SQL fundamentals
- Experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
Version Control
- Git basics (commit, branch, merge, PR awareness)
Computer Science Basics
- Basic understanding of OS/processes and networking concepts (HTTP)
AI Knowledge (Expected Basic Awareness)
- Conceptual understanding of AI / Machine Learning fundamentals
- Awareness of Generative AI and AI usage in software development
- Exposure to AI tools, courses, or certifications is an added advantage
Good to Have (Trainable / Awareness Level)

Educational Qualification
- Education
- BE/B.Tech - Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics, Data Science or related fields
- Graduation Year: - 2026 Batch
- Academic Criteria:
- Minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA across academics
