- Verifying and preparing packaging materials and equipment for production runs.
- Setting up and changing over packaging machines according to work instructions and SOPs.
- Operating packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed.
- Repackaging raw materials into finished products within quality standards.
- Collaborating with maintenance for mechanical repairs and ensuring equipment cleanliness.
- Understanding batch records, recording accurate data, and completing compliance documentation.
- Participating in technical and compliance training, adhering to cGMPs, safety rules, and SOPs.
- Maintaining good housekeeping, working as a team, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Partnering with quality teams to resolve issues and achieve production goals.
Qualifications Include
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic math skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
