About the role
Role: Packaging Operator supporting pharmaceutical packaging operations within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Verify, prepare, and set up packaging materials and equipment for production runs.
- Operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery, following work instructions and SOPs.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and packaging specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance for mechanical issues and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Accurately record batch information and documentation.
- Participate in technical training, compliance, and safety protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, basic math, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for overtime.
