The Operator Blade Production is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes. The role monitors production parameters, follows established manufacturing procedures, troubleshoots equipment issues, and performs assembly activities to support product quality, operational performance, and on-time customer delivery commitments.
This position reports to Markus Woll and is part of the LBS Production Operations - Blade Line located in Nussloch and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.
- Follow engineering drawings, work orders, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other specifications to ensure adherence to quality and process requirements.
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities to support continuous production operations.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Technical understanding and ability to work effectively with manufacturing equipment, production processes, and technical documentation.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day, afternoon, and night shifts, as required by production needs.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to supporting company goals and operational objectives.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to ##lb, any other physical requirements.
