This hands-on leadership role involves supervising day-to-day production and yard operations, ensuring safety, quality, and operational targets are met each shift. The supervisor will lead a team of approximately 15 colleagues, spending most of their time on the shop floor to support the team, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
