Operations Supervisor

About This Role

This role involves the daily management of an operational team, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently, with high quality, and with a strong customer focus. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Daily management, coaching, and motivation of a team of employees
• Distribute tasks and monitor employee progress and performance
• Guide and support new colleagues during their integration and development
• Monitor operational KPIs and objectives, reporting on them to the Operations Manager
• Ensure proper distribution and follow-up of incoming assignments and administrative tasks
• Act as the first point of contact for complex customer inquiries and complaints
• Assess complaints, assign them to the appropriate employee, and handle them personally when necessary
• Coordinate the follow-up of periodic customer and consultation moments
• Take initiatives to further improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Daily monitor outstanding planning and activities
• Collaborate with management to develop and follow up on action plans when adjustments are needed
• Actively contribute to process improvements and smooth team collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business administration, administrative, or related field
• Experience in managing, guiding, and developing a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to easily switch between employees, customers, and management
• Structured work approach and ability to maintain an overview, even under increased workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and takes initiative spontaneously
• Good knowledge of Dutch and French; knowledge of a third language is a plus
