About This Role
This Operations Supervisor position at DNI Clinic is responsible for ensuring all clinic operational activities run smoothly, consistently, and according to standards. The role has a managerial scope but still requires direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure all activities run according to SOP
- Maintain consistency of operational standards across all DNI Clinic locations
- Arrange doctor schedules and appointments between branches and prevent double booking
- Monitor doctor slot usage and follow up on empty slots with the Beauty Advisor team
- Ensure patient flow from lead, consultation, booking, treatment, to follow-up runs well
- Monitor sales and CRM data and identify issues that need immediate follow-up
- Develop corrective actions with the team based on monitoring results
- Manage attendance, work schedules, task distribution, discipline, and KPI achievement of the operational team
- Oversee income, expenses, payment status, and data preparation for payroll needs
- Monitor stock, item usage, reorder needs, expiration dates, and coordinate with suppliers
- Develop and implement operational SOPs, checklists, and workflows
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on clinic operational conditions for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational roles in aesthetic clinics, beauty clinics, wellness, healthcare services, hospitality, or service businesses with multiple locations
- Previously held positions such as Operations Supervisor, Clinic Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager, or equivalent
- Proficient in operational management, scheduling, and team coordination
- Accustomed to reading sales data and monitoring CRM
- Able to use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Understand basic financial administration and inventory management
- Able to develop, implement, and evaluate SOPs
- Assertive, organized, meticulous, and possesses high ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
