About the role
About Bolt Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.
From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.
And we're just getting started.
Why join Bolt?
- Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
- Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
- Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
- Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.
About The Role You will be working closely alongside your peers and with the Operations Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply growth through fleet management and ensuring fleet performance.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Hands-on partner (fleets) management — working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of partner acquisition, conversion, activation and retention, including supporting the sourcing of new fleets not (yet) operating at Bolt.
- Performance management and quality of our fleets and their drivers operating in the Business to Government (B2G) segment, including compliance control of B2G fleets — ensuring compliance of drivers (education, service standards etc.) and vehicles.
- Improve engagement of active fleets by analysing key performance metrics and scheduling regular meetings with fleet owners to gain insights and improve performance. Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the value proposition for fleets and drivers, increasing their engagement.
- Track and analyse performance data to identify trends, solve problems, and improve key metrics such as supply availability, retention, driver and rider satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, B2G account managers, customer support, product, and HQ operations) to align on business goals and to execute initiatives, projects, and strategies that drive growth and improve marketplace health, all while ensuring operational success.
- Manage and maintain effective collaboration with external partners to ensure alignment, drive performance, and foster long-term relationships. Continuously improve operational processes, collect feedback on missing features and offers, and suggest solutions to improve efficiency in the team.
About You
- 1+ years experience in partner management, account management or operations, ideally within taxi, färdtjänst/public transport, logistics or a marketplace business, is a strong merit.
- Commercially minded, comfortable negotiating terms with fleet owners and building long-term partner relationships while safeguarding quality and compliance.
- Analytical skills, confident working with performance data, spreadsheets and dashboards to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Self-driven and structured, able to manage several partner relationships and workstreams in parallel and take initiatives autonomously.
- Solution-oriented, responsible and service-minded, with strong communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.
