PalAmerican Security Operations Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department
- Provide constructive performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Determine appropriate security officers for specific sites
- Oversee the evaluation process for security officers and supervisors
- Visit clients regularly to address any site issues
- Ensure wage costs align with budgeted objectives
- Devise training regimens and site orders
- Supports sales efforts by participating with business development in generating market awareness
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- High level of integrity and fairness in decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, driving, and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
