Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, optimizing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
Key Accountabilities
• Plans, organize s, and manage s manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Monitors workflow and adjust s schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where applicable.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to implement corrective actions when needed.
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
• Oversee inventory levels, raw material usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with OQES to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement .
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an Engineering or Business course, preferably with Master’s Degree in Business Management
EXPERIENCES & SKILLSETS
• With at least ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing environment in the same capacity and
capability.
• Preferably with work experience in research and development.
• Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
• Mechanical and Electrical aptitude
• Highly knowledgeable in machine buy-off and qualification process.
• Mathematical skills (design schematics, dimensions and tolerances) • Problem solving skills (FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE), Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Project management skills – ability to initiate, plan, execute, control, and complete a project in
specified time.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to Organize / Attention to Detail - demonstrated ability to develop own work schedule, monitor progress against defines parameters and coordinate efforts with other staff members and departments. Monitoring and checking work or information, while organizing time and resources efficiently
• Ability to Acquire Knowledge / Flexible - able to assess own knowledge and abilities and to identify learning resources. Adapt to new situations, improvise, and shift strategies to meet different types of challenges
