Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context
Poisa Bazar Super Shop is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, optimizing inventory, maintaining service quality, and leading store teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Super Shop outlets.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead and supervise Store Managers, Supervisors, and Sales Teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor merchandising, inventory, stock, and POS operations.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounts, HR & Admin, Marketing, IT, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Operation, Manager
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
