Duties
- Lead and supervise staff, training, employee development, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing team.
- Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and customer service to ensure smooth transactions.
- Manage inventory control through stock management, purchasing, and inventory management systems to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining effective communication skills and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
- Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, managing POS systems during peak hours, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Utilize management skills to lead team meetings, communicate effectively across departments, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain organizational standards for safety protocols and store cleanliness while managing merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or operations management with supervisory or managerial communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques.
