About the role
Per conto di un nostro cliente, leader nella manutenzione refrattaria, cerchiamo un Operations Manager per la gestione di una commessa strategica e a lungo termine nel settore siderurgico.
La figura, inserita in un piano di successione, guiderà un team consolidato presso il sito di un primario gruppo siderurgico a Dalmine (BG).
Responsabilità
- Gestione operativa di un team di 20 risorse specializzate;
- Interfaccia diretta e quotidiana con il management del cliente;
- Pianificazione e supervisione delle attività di manutenzione refrattaria;
- Garanzia della piena conformità agli standard di Sicurezza (HSE) del cantiere.
Requisiti
- Comprovata esperienza tecnica nel settore dei refrattari applicati alla siderurgia;
- Solida esperienza nella gestione di team operativi in contesti industriali complessi;
- Ottime capacità relazionali per la gestione di clienti strutturati;
- Approccio rigoroso e cultura radicata della sicurezza sul lavoro.
