As an Operations Executive (Healthcare / 5.5 days), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversees and be responsible for the daily operations.
- Lead and manage the clinical and operations staff.
- Provide and maintain the high standard of service quality and clinical quality.
- Develop the business and submit the reports on a timely manner.
- Ensure the business objectives and targets are met.
- Attend to feedbacks and complaints.
- Investigate and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a min of Degree in Business or equivalent
