Operations Director

About This Role

Directing the overall operations of multiple branches within the hospitality or food and beverage sector is the core of this leadership position. The role suits an experienced manager with a strong background in restaurant operations and financial oversight, who is adept at developing and enforcing performance standards.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of progressive management experience (hospitality, F&B, or multi-branch) with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations with proven ability to develop and enforce SOP, KPIs, and performance standards across multiple locations
• Strong financial management skills and analytical skills including P&L, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost control
• Proven ability to build, coach, and hold management teams accountable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience using restaurant technology and reporting systems
• Willingness to travel regularly between branches
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in supply chain and vendor management, business expansion, site development, and franchise operations
