Requirements
- Proven experience supervising large teams with a strong background in management and leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing operational strategies that drive business growth
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
