Operations Coordinator

About This Role

Undertaking the daily office operations and administrative functions of the Public Health Division (PHD) is the primary focus of this Operations Coordinator role, unburdening PHD programs of these responsibilities. The coordinator manages essential inventory, supports operational logistics, distribution, and warehousing, and contributes to quality assurance activities and monitoring to ensure compliance with governmental regulatory requirements and uphold testing data veracity. This role also helps maintain productive relationships with PHD Departments, AHF Departments, partner organizations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Undertake PHD's daily office operations and administrative functions
• Manage essential inventory
• Support operational logistics, distribution, and warehousing
• Handle almost all condom and test kit distribution nationally for AHF PHD Operations
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and monitoring
• Help uphold the veracity of testing data evaluating division-wide performance
• Play a significant role in helping to maintain productive and collaborative professional relationships with PHD Departments, AHF Departments, partner organizations, vendors, etc.
• Help realize the core functions of the PHD Operations Team: administrative and office support and services, logistics and inventory management, and data and quality assurance
• Be a passionate advocate for top initiatives
• Ensure AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind
• Adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for clients and workplace for employees
• Work as part of a close-knit team to enable PHD's programs (Testing, Wellness, Linkage, Research) to focus on patients and innovate in serving communities with compassionate wellness and healthcare services
