Job Description As an Operations Associate at Caura.com, you will manage day-to-day customer support and maintenance workflows while actively automating manual processes. You will sit at the heart of the business, using AI and tooling to scale operations and serving as the vital feedback loop between front-line customers and the product and engineering teams.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end customer queries and time-sensitive tasks across phone, email, and chat, owning every issue through to a successful resolution.
• Identify manual inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement automation or AI solutions to ensure the operation scales without increasing headcount.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to ensure customer feedback is central to new feature launches and business strategy.

The ideal candidate

• Brings 1–3 years of experience in operations or account management within a fast-paced startup or high-agency environment where ownership was required.
• Demonstrates high proficiency with spreadsheets and is eager to master automation tooling like Zendesk, Intercom, or Zapier to drive team efficiency.
• Must be based in London with the right to work in the UK, possessing strong communication skills to handle diverse stakeholders and complex situations.
