Operations Analyst

About This Role

Analyzing day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolutions for various problems within a business unit is the core of this operations role. The position involves supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, creating reports, and completing exception processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
• Support the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
• Provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
• Expand business products knowledge within operations environment
• Build network by developing relationships with partners and teammates
• Inspect data to identify issues and trends
• Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes

Requirements

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently research and resolve complex operational issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to recognize and escalate risk
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
• Education: High School diploma/GED/Secondary School or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial-services or operations environments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI experience
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, metrics, and trend identification
• Experience with root-cause analysis and process improvement
• Experience developing procedures, process maps, or business requirements
• Familiarity with risk management, controls, and compliance
• Experience communicating findings and recommendations to leadership

Important Details

• Schedule: 1st shift, 40 hours per week
