Operations Analyst

About This Role

This Operations Analyst position involves independent analysis of complex financial, administrative, personnel, and academic metric data for all CHHS academic programs, including stateside and extended education. The role ensures CHHS adheres to best business practices for optimal educational outcomes and experiences for students, faculty, and staff. It also provides administrative oversight for new stateside and self-support program growth.

Responsibilities

• Complete independent analysis functions related to complex financial, administrative, personnel, and academic metric data for all CHHS academic programs
• Ensure CHHS follows best business practices to provide the best possible educational outcomes and experiences for students, faculty and staff
• Provide administrative oversight to numerous areas regarding new stateside and self-support program growth
• Complete data entry and analysis of data for the purpose of creating and improving formulas that assist in the allocation of college resources
• Assist in the development and/or growth of new and existing programs
• Provide reports to Director in relation to program and degree efficiencies related to enrollment and section counts and any other metrics that assist the college in supporting the maximum number of students in the most efficient ways possible
• Provide administrative support to the Director of College Operations for other areas, including college budget, process and procedure review and training, and organizational structure
• Track financial and personnel-related data and report to the Director of Operations to ensure maximum program efficiency
• Conduct independent analyses of financial, academic, curricular, and enrollment data for the purpose of constructing new programs and/or evaluating existing programs for efficiency and growth
• Provide administrative oversight of financial, budget, personnel, process improvement and training, and program growth portfolios
• Conduct college budget analysis and reporting
• Complete analysis and generate reports that suggest paths of actions for the Director of College Operations in developing budgets
• Conduct analyses of human infrastructure data to determine needed academic and administrative support for self-support and stateside programs and growth

Important Details

• Schedule: 1.0 time-base, 40 hours per week
• Contract: temporary for one year, no permanent status granted; temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date
