About This Role
Operations Analysts ensure the smooth running of business processes. This role involves data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning to optimize efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Be responsible for scheduling, community engagement, and trend-spotting within the Filipino travel space
- Use AI design and copywriting tools (such as Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, or ChatGPT) to rapidly prototype and produce stunning ad creatives and social assets
- Monitor the performance of paid and organic campaigns
- Turn "likes" and "clicks" into actionable insights that guide our next marketing move
- Assist in drafting ad copy and designing layouts for performance marketing campaigns targeting travelers in Canada and the Philippines
- Stay pulse-checked on travel trends, visa update discussions, and the evolving needs of the Filipino-Canadian and Filipino-International travel communities
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or data analysis (internship experience counts!)
- Native-level fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) and English is highly preferred to authentically connect with our primary audience
- Comfortable using (or eager to master) generative AI tools to streamline creative workflows
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets and enjoys figuring out why a certain post or ad performed better than others
- Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, and color) to ensure our brand looks premium and inviting
