About This Role
Being broadly involved in the business operations of Frank Energie, from invoicing and data analysis to process improvement and collaboration with other teams, is the core of this challenging role. It suits an ambitious and curious individual eager to learn quickly and contribute to both daily operations and underlying systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and execute projects leading to operational excellence, from small process improvements to broader process documentation
- Identify irregularities or deviations in processes and systems, and resolve them in a customer-oriented and efficient manner
- Monitor and manage invoicing batches, and identify and resolve deviations therein
- Process operational tasks in the CRM system and keep an eye on their customer impact
- Support and collaborate with customer service, finance, development, and marketing on back-office related issues
- Regularly use SQL (e.g., in BigQuery) to extract data, prepare reports, and perform analyses
- Convert data into clear visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Grafana
- Maintain and improve internal documentation and tooling to ensure knowledge retention within the team
- Stay informed about developments in the energy market and identify their implications for processes
- Maintain regular contact with third parties and other energy suppliers
Requirements
- Preferably 2+ years of work experience in operations or a comparable role
- Experience independently taking on and leading projects
- Preferably work experience with SQL; experience with Python, Google BigQuery, or Power BI is a plus
- Very experienced with Microsoft Excel
- Flawless Dutch and fluent English
