  1. About the Opportunity:

The Operations Analyst role is designed to enhance operational productivity within the Product Service Division. This position contributes by developing and implementing process improvements, supporting strategic initiatives, and optimizing workflows. The role impacts the organization by enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency that supports business goals.

  1. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement standard operating procedures to improve productivity.

• Support planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives.

• Provide training and guidance on operational processes and best practices.

• Develop and maintain efficient workflows for operational outcomes.

• Enhance internal and partner training programs by refining procedures and tools.

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare regular reports.

• Manage and optimize order processing and fulfillment.

  1. Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including leading meetings and presentations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI.

• Experience with SAP/TCIC systems.

• Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and implement improvements.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

  1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $45,700.00 to $73,600.00 annually.

• Salary may vary based on job level, location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

• Eligibility for annual merit increases.

• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
