About This Role
An Operations Analyst at Wisemen Multimedia focuses on improving business and operational processes. This role involves serving as a key team member on projects, overseeing milestones, and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in streamlining and combining people, processes, technology, and controls to improve operating effectiveness, lower costs, reduce redundancy, and lower risks
- Recommend actions, improvements, strategy planning, and solutions based on analyzing and interpreting data
- Ensure project teams provide complete, timely, and accurate data for projects
- Implement standard processes and best practices
- Support value-added relationships and key milestones throughout operational projects
- Work closely with business development, customer experience, and client teams to understand the business, client contract, and projects
- Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize
- Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors
- Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge, and internal customer knowledge
- Support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Requirements
- College degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a work environment where rapidly changing priorities can be the rule rather than the exception
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Self-starter, comfortable solving problems, and a passion to learn and grow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Ability to work with all levels, present information to management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
