Remote Setting
We are seeking an experienced OT Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize industrial automation solutions across our global manufacturing network.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of standardized PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions
- Support MES integration and plant-level data frameworks.
- Close cooperation with McCormick’s Cybersecurity team on identifying potential vulnerabilities and working on finding solutions on how to premeditate them in the future.
- Drive standardization across platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider Electric
- Improve system reliability through high-availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
- Identify automation opportunities that enhance performance, reduce costs, and support innovation initiatives such as predictive maintenance
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing OT environments.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity in an OT Automation environment.
- Familiarity with MES platforms and industrial historians
- Hands-on expertise with PLC and SCADA systems
- Strong understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English language knowledge.
