Role: Operating Room Nurse
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures and assist during surgeries.
- Monitor patients during post-anesthesia recovery, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate perioperative care.
- Educate patients and families about procedures and post-operative care.
- Maintain sterile technique and proper OR equipment management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in perioperative nursing and surgical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, safety protocols, and patient monitoring.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous improvement.
