Salary: 25,000 In-Hand | 30,000 CTC

Job Description:-
- Handle inbound customer interactions related to CIBIL and credit-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with their queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth processing and customer support.
- Follow company policies, , and compliance standards.
Candidate Profile:-
- Graduate candidates with relevant banking experience.
- Minimum 6 months of banking experience is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
