Successful candidates will play a critical role in driving operational excellence at the grassroots level. Key responsibilities include:
– Monitoring sales performance and activities of Business Developers across assigned regions
– Conducting regular merchant visits for activation, compliance, and performance monitoring

– Supporting field operations and contributing to business growth initiatives
– Timely escalation and resolution of operational issues
Applicants are expected to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Relevant experience in operations, sales support, or field roles — particularly in fintech, banking, or telecommunications — will be an added advantage. Candidates must have completed NYSC.
