About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce distributors (Tmall, JD.com and other platforms) operations and day-to-day management to achieve sales targets
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives; execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans
- Update promotional strategies and execute marketing campaigns in line with the annual market promotion calendar
- Collect market and industry intelligence; proactively propose marketing improvement measures to ensure competitive marketing strategies
- Responsible for training and coaching distributor operations staff, optimizing business processes, improving work efficiency, and ensuring business targets are met
- Regularly visit key e-commerce platform business contacts to ensure the company's business operates effectively across all e-commerce platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of e-commerce sales experience in the wound care/dressings industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, with extensive business negotiation experience
- Innovative sales thinking with the ability to explore and implement new channel business models
- Highly responsible, meticulous, with strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
