Job Description
Collaborate with Financial Crimes Compliance stakeholders to support UAT execution of the case management platform. Support development and acceptance testing of data-related tools, including test-scenario identification, outcome documentation, defect and issue tracking, project reporting, and stakeholder communication. Contribute to automated data pulls, pre-fetch capabilities, and other solutions that improve investigator efficiency, while maintaining project and testing documentation in designated repositories.
Relevant experience
Proven experience working with Financial Crimes management and business stakeholders to understand investigative workflows, define business and data requirements, and support change initiatives. Experience in BSA/AML compliance, investigations, audit, legal, or the broader financial-services industry is relevant. Strong knowledge of AML, transaction monitoring, screening, surveillance, KYC, FIU investigations, sanctions, anti-corruption, and SAR processes is preferred. Experience with UAT, platform testing, transaction-monitoring rule optimization, BTL/ATL testing, data analysis, regulatory reviews, and internal governance reviews is highly desirable

Financial Crimes domain knowledge; investigative data analysis; UAT and test-scenario development; documentation of testing outcomes; issue and project tracking; stakeholder coordination; attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to manage sensitive information professionally
Desired Skills
Experience with AMEX GFCC policies, processes, procedures, tools, systems, and data requirements; Rally and Jira; BigQuery or similar querying tools; Excel macros or scripts; testing automation; dashboard reporting; process-flow design; security-access processes; automated data pulls; regulatory examination and audit support; CAMS or equivalent certification.
