Bisnode Interact is currently looking for a

Online Project Manager Digital Data Driven Marketing Solutions Your challenge Within our marketing team, you are specifically in charge of our Digital Innovation solutions.

These solutions enable our clients to connect with their consumers on digital channels. Via webanalytics we help our clients understand their website KPI’s, via behavioural data capture we map identified behavioural data to our single consumer view and we are able to trigger data driven or automated campaigns (dialogue marketing). Afterwards we analyse our cross channel campaigns and recommend best practices. Website and e mail customization, integration with social media and mobile channels complete our Digital Innovation Solutions offering.

As Online Project Manager, Your Function Includes

• The pro-active support to the sales team (training, presentation of the solutions at clients, response to clients and prospects requests, help in proposals, share best practices, results of campaign analyses…)
• The management and follow up of digital innovation projects internally and externally
• The initiation and implementation of the marketing plan for Digital Innovation Solutions and Cross Channel Campaign Management solutions:
• the definition of the solution offer (business requirements of the solutions, link with the expert teams ),
• the pricing,
• the internal and external communication : look & feel, sales material
• The write-up of business cases, white papers.
• The market analysis – competitors and market challenges
• The knowledge sharing within the organisation
• The support of innovation

Your Profile

• University level
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with agency background
• You are an expert in online data and digital campaigns (focus on dialogue marketing)
• Knowhow of web analytics tools is a plus and how to build online campaigns/dialogues is a must
• Knowhow of mobile marketing, cross-channel marketing, blogs, social media, bannering campaigns, Word Of Mouth, User Generated Content …
• Good technical background in internet technologies (HTML, Flash, CMS, Databases, CRM, RSS, …)
• Affinity with consumer data and data flows
• Experience in implementation of solutions/services is a plus (hands on approach)
• Experience in the monitoring of projects. Analytical and able to create and follow a business plan
• Solution and service minded, client focused (and playing an active role with them)
• Entrepreneurial mentality, concrete, proactive and “can do” attitude
• Willing to travel in Europe from time to time (1 or 2 day(s) a month)
• Fluent in English. Dutch and French are strong assets
• Last but not least, you have the E-passion, thirst of new learnings and a real potential to evolve in a key function
