About This Role
This online English teaching role focuses on one-on-one communication classes for the SPEAKUP program, following the center's curriculum. It suits a teacher who can track student progress, identify weaknesses, and adapt teaching methods to ensure student improvement.
Responsibilities
- Teach one-on-one communication classes for the SPEAKUP Online program according to the center's curriculum
- Teach online using the center's learning platform
- Closely monitor students' learning progress, ensuring they follow the correct roadmap and pace, and show improvement after each stage
- Proactively identify student weaknesses, propose supplementary materials, exercises, and learning methods suitable for each student's ability
- Periodically update the course manager on students' learning status
Requirements
- University degree or higher preferred
- Meet one of the following conditions:
- IELTS 6.0 (Speaking 5.5)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading 750
- TOEIC Writing & Speaking 250
- Graduated with a major in English
- Proficient in English communication and standard pronunciation according to the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)
- Able to motivate and create learning enthusiasm for students
- Possess skills to convey knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner, suitable for students' abilities
