About This Role

This role is for an online English teacher who can teach business communication skills to adults. It suits professionals with real-world business or industry experience who can bring practical knowledge into the classroom. The teacher will focus on communication and real-life language use in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Conduct English lessons online
• Independently create teaching materials tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver engaging and structured lessons
• Help students overcome the language barrier
• Support learners in developing confident professional communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• 3 years of Business English teaching experience (Required)
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA (Required)
• Previous professional or industry experience in addition to teaching English
• Ability to confidently work with adult learners in a business context

Important Details

• Collaboration model: flexible B2B / freelance (teachers operate as independent contractors)
• Standard lesson: 45 minutes
• Expected hours: 2.0 – 15.0 per week
• Compensation is settled based on invoices issued by the teacher for completed lessons (no payment for availability or standby time)
• No guaranteed hours
