Responsibilities
- Teach online English lessons using company-provided learning materials
- Guide students through speaking, reading, writing, and listening activities
- Encourage students to participate and build confidence in using English
- Follow lesson plans and complete classes according to the scheduled timetable
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve
- Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records
- Create a positive, respectful, and supportive online classroom environment
- Communicate professionally with students and team members
- Attend training sessions and apply new teaching techniques as instructed
- Assist with other teaching-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- No previous experience is required; full training will be provided to every new team member
- Enjoy teamwork and collaborate well with colleagues in a supportive environment
- Basic English skills and comfortable communicating clearly with students
- Strong attention to detail when following lesson plans and maintaining records
- Dependable, patient, and committed to helping students learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using basic computer applications and participating in online video meetings after training
- Motivated to learn new teaching methods and continuously improve your skills
- High school or equivalent (Required)
