About This Role
This role involves maintaining the quality, relevance, and safety of online content for a search engine account. It is suitable for candidates with an IT-related educational background or BPO experience combined with technical education, who are interested in technology, online content, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content according to established platform guidelines
- Evaluate search engine results for relevance, accuracy, and quality
- Identify content that may violate applicable policies and guidelines
- Apply content moderation standards consistently and accurately
- Help maintain the quality and reliability of search results and digital content
- Use computer systems and internal tools to review, classify, and document content
- Follow data privacy, confidentiality, and account security procedures
- Meet quality, productivity, and accuracy targets
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established procedures
Requirements
- IT Degree Holder: Graduated from a 2–4-year IT-related degree program, such as Information Technology or Computer Science
- Technical Education: Candidates with an IT-related educational background may qualify, depending on the assigned role
- Experienced BPO Applicants: At least 1 year of BPO experience for shifting applicants with technical education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and handle digital content professionally
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
