Onboarding Specialist

About This Role

Onboarding new clients and ensuring the smooth administration of business license and taxation programs is the core of this specialist role. The Onboarding Specialist develops efficient processes for the TFA team, evaluates and tests new setups for accuracy, and identifies potential concerns before client go-live.

Responsibilities

• Create city-specific reports for the PS team
• Conduct process meetings with inter-city departments
• Design new city workflows for the PS team
• Conduct final quality checks for new clients for PS
• Conduct training for all three web portals for new clients
• Create user logins for each requested member of the city and provide information with quick user guides for all client web portals
• Conduct internal meetings with OPs/TOPs teams in preparation for new clients
• Order and test new city DID
• Assist the team with internal department projects

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
