Onboarding Specialist

About This Role

This role focuses on improving processes, implementing AI solutions, and optimizing Customer Operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up. The specialist will play a key role in future-proofing the customer organization and preparing it for international growth by making processes smarter, more scalable, and automated.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows, chatbots, and self-service solutions
• Analyze existing support processes and make them smarter, more efficient, and scalable
• Prepare the Customer Operations organization for international expansion, including multilingual support and standardized processes
• Translate customer feedback and recurring problems into concrete improvement points for the Product team and roadmap
• Guide complex customer implementations and support customers in transitioning to new AI solutions
• Proactively consider how customers can be helped faster, better, and more independently

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience within B2B SaaS, for example in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Operations
• Affinity with AI, automation, tooling, and system setup
• Strong process-oriented and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to independently take on projects and implement improvements
• Stress-resistant, structured, and able to maintain an overview when many things are happening simultaneously
• HBO or university level of work and thinking
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI chatbots, workflow automation, ticketing systems, or tools like Jira
