About This Role
This role focuses on helping businesses, publishers, and partners successfully onboard and establish their presence on a leading social and community platform. The Project Manager will drive verification completion, manage inquiries, and support activation across various business and commerce products.
Responsibilities
- Drive verification completion, proactively identifying and unblocking businesses stuck mid-process
- Manage verification inquiries as the first point of contact, resolving common issues and escalating exceptions
- Support businesses and partners through onboarding and activation across the platform's business and commerce products
- Track where partners drop off and work with Product to reduce friction
- Coordinate partner activity with Business Development, including introductions, handoffs, follow-ups, and commitments
- Coordinate initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development, tracking milestones and dependencies
- Maintain operational visibility on requests, completion rates, and unresolved issues
- Build FAQs, guides, and repeatable workflows that scale onboarding
Requirements
- Experience in partner operations, customer success, onboarding, account management, or business operations
- Customer-first mindset, enjoying working directly with businesses to solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication with external customers or partners
- Ability to independently manage high volumes of requests and follow-ups
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proactive, drive-to-resolution approach
- Comfort working across Product, Business Development, Engineering, and Operations
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, support tools, and operational trackers
