Job Description Daycare Assistant near UNC. Assist in supervising and engaging with children to ensure a safe and stimulating environment. Support lead teachers in implementing daily activities and maintaining cleanliness. Follow policies and procedures to uphold the well-being and development of each child. Communicate effectively with parents and staff. Perform basic administrative tasks as needed. Passion for providing quality care and fostering a positive learning atmosphere is essential. Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
