On-Call / Float Caregiver – Guaranteed 40 Hours/Week (Paid Availability)

Are you a dependable caregiver who enjoys variety and helping where you are needed most? We are looking for a reliable and flexible On-Call / Float Caregiver to support multiple clients throughout our service area.

This unique position offers the stability of guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week while providing essential coverage to ensure our clients always receive the care they need. You will be available as a backup caregiver and may assist with coverage needs, call-outs, new client starts, or schedule changes.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients as needed
• Support multiple clients and care teams throughout the community
• Step in when coverage is needed to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with a variety of caregiver responsibilities based on client needs

Requirements:

• Active Washington State HCA, CNA, or equivalent credential (or higher)
• Must be eligible to work as a caregiver in Washington State
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
• Flexible availability to support changing client needs
• Must meet company scheduling requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)(Not Required-We Will Train)

• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
• Ability to pass a background check
