We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service for events such as weddings, meetings, and conferences, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings)
- Provide professional food and beverage service during events
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Assist with event breakdown and reset of function spaces
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with banquet and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays/lift up to moderate weight
