About the role
岗位职责：
1、调研和分析客户的需求，设计和优化业务流程，制定有针对性的解决方案，协助和引导客户完成系统实施工作。
2、负责项目的实施与交付。准确分析、描述、协调解决项目实施过程中出现的各类问题，并进行清晰记录、跟踪、汇报与总结，提升项目交付效率。
3、负责与客户保持良好的沟通，保证项目质量及客户满意度，确保整体服务性能和高质量，提升客户的满意度，进而延伸拓展项目上的其它业务。
岗位要求：
1、统招大学本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业；
2、从事项目实施至少2年以上经历；
3、至少OMS、或ERP、或电商交易平台的交付经验；
4、具有良好的沟通能力，优秀的组织、解决问题、学习思考和总结归纳能力，富有责任感和团队协作精神。
