About the role
Position Summary
Support the OBF team and wider Supply Chain Management function in order fulfillment, inventory availability, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
· Assist in preparing and maintaining Orderbook Fulfillment (OBF) reports to support daily operations.
· Support inventory availability activities, including stock category transfers, order rejection reviews, and inventory updates.
· Document and update SOPs and process flows.
· Support process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to improve Supply Chain efficiency.
· Provide analytical and administrative support for SCM projects and ad hoc business requirements.
· Work with relevant SCM stakeholders to gather information, track actions, and support project execution.
What We're Looking For
· 4th year or graduating student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Detail-oriented and organized.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Interested in Supply Chain, process improvement, and operations.
· Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
