Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable VAT laws, rules, regulations, and requirements of the relevant authorities.
  • Manage and maintain VAT-related activities through the online MUSHAK/VAT Online System, including preparation and submission of MUSHAK 6.2, 6.3, and other applicable forms.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date VAT records and documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support VAT-related audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments, ensuring timely submission of required documents and information.
  • Assist in VAT deduction at source (VDS) activities, including proper documentation, verification, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to collect and verify VAT-related information and supporting documents.
  • Monitor VAT-related transactions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving VAT-related discrepancies, issues, and compliance gaps.
  • Prepare VAT-related reports, statements, reconciliations, and other documents as required by management or regulatory authorities.
  • Perform any other VAT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years
  • Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
  • Skills: vat regulations, vat/gst, vat registration, vat, audit procedures
