Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Filing, copying, and other administrative tasks
- Keep the reception area organized and professional
- Support office staff with daily administrative duties
