Office Manager

About This Role

This Office Manager role involves a variety of duties to support the front office team, manage financial accounts, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The position suits an organized individual who can provide training, handle administrative tasks, and maintain company standards in a service center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing front office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their job
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates
• Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards
• Provide a world-class customer experience to all customers by ensuring the center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment
• Must have a valid driver
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
