Description For Office Manager
- Reconciliation of company bank accounts.
- Post monthly standard entries and update accordingly.
- Track all accounting reserves on a monthly basis.
- Daily cash deposit and application of A/R checks.
- Co-ordinate annual forecast for parts and service.
- Audit monthly parts inventory reconciliations and distribute parts trend and health reporting.
- Monthly reporting and analysis of key performance reports to managers.
- Reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Pinnacle posting and reconciliation.
- Prepare consolidated income statements.
- Prepare commercial lease questionaires.
- Assist with monthly and year end accounting close.
Requirements For Office Manager
- This position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum ten (10) years of experience in an automotive or truck dealership accounting position.
- Knowledge of technical and professional principles and skills of accounting.
- Knowledge of CDK accounting software.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, management, and department head staff and various agency personnel.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with a wide range of people.
